Exclusive Plant Based Tasting Dinner: 

We don't take any shortcuts for this enchanted evening of veggie delights. Table cloths, candlelight and and the fancy. An interactive  seven course tasting dinner with a chance to talk to the chefs all about how the menu was prepared - with some ingredients cooked right in front of you!

Culinary Workshops: 

This will be the main focus of your three night retreat at the farm. This weekend will include 3 in depth cooking classes all based on back to whole food basics. Learn  Sprouting and Fermenting, Whole Food Baking and Pastries, and Easy Dinners and Protein Packed Power Foods. Taught by Plant Based Chef Lauren Marshal and her Sous Chef Marianne Doe.

Daily Plant-Based Power Meals:

Including snacks & clean vegan gluten free food. (Nut Free options available only upon request prior to retreat)

Yoga classes: 

Daily 60 minute yoga sessions where we will guide you gently through meditation, yoga nidra (sleeping yoga), pranayama (breathing exercises) and asanas (postures) - while offering helpful tools, tips from the yoga philosophy and from our own personal journeys. ALL LEVELS. Yin & Restorative yoga focus. Taught by Catie Mason (RHY, RYT) and Lauren Marshall (Retreat Facilitator).

Beautifying Guided Sauna by the Pond: ​

Experience a 3 part guided sauna session with exfoliating scrubs, oil treatment and essential oil steam. Option to do contrast treatment for blood flow with a cool pond dip! (Lauren's Favourite!)

Optional Massage with Jana: (Yes Please!) Cost not included.

On Arrival : Arrivals between 5PM & 7PM - get cozy and ready for your great weekend. Snacks available in kitchen area.

7:00 pm-9:00 pm : Farm Introductions and Tasting Dinner.

9:30 pm : Digestive Yoga Practice


7:00 AM - 8:00 AM : Tea, Coffee, Lemon Water & Fruit  & Powder Balls Served

8:00 AM - 9:00 AM : Yoga Class

9:00 AM : Family Breakfast 

11:00 AM - 12:30 PM : Whole Grains & Legumes Class followed by lunch prepared by YOU!

1:00 PM - 2:00 PM : Light Family Lunch

2:00 PM - 6:00 PM: Guided Sauna by the Pond. Oilation, Exfoliation and Eucalyptus Steam.

7:00 PM: Dinner

8:30 PM : Yoga
